There are two ways you can use this form:

What is your full name? (middle name as well)
If you are selling or buying your home with another person what is their full name?
What is your full street address of the property you are selling or buying?
What City or Town are you selling or buying your home in?
What is the postal code of the home you are buying or selling?
What is your phone number?
What is your email address?
What is the date you are selling or buying your home?
Who is your real estate agent and who do they work for?
What is the name of your mortgage company?
Who is the contact person for your mortgage?
Miscellaneous Information
Do you have a current statement from the City of Lethbridge regarding the property taxes for the home you are buying?
Yes No
If not phone the City of Lethbridge Tax Department(320.3950), if the property is in Lethbridge, and ask for one.
Do you have a current copy of your Real Property Report? yes no
Do you have a Municipal letter of compliance for your Real Property Report? yes no
Do you, and the person you are buying your home with, wish to be joint owners of the property?
(In other words, do you want to have the property automatically pass to the survivor of you, should something happen to you? If you do not know the answer to the question please give me a call or send me an email)
